When you choose a fleet manager, you choose a partner for several years. It is important that you get quick and efficient solutions to your problems and questions. At any time, your staff may suffer a puncture, damage their windscreen or need to take their car in for a service. In such situations, you need immediate assistance. Our comprehensive range of services offers an effective solution for all your vehicle-related problems and tasks.

As a fleet manager, we take care of all your vehicle-related tasks for a fixed monthly fee, as part of a complex service, whether your fleet consists of ten, thirty or five hundred vehicles.

All the cars in the Premium Fleet Plus range are checked, serviced and have a clean history. If you don’t want to leave the purchase of a used car to chance, take a look at our range and contact us with any questions you may have.

We will contact our partners to provide you with the car of your choice, with the extra equipment you need. If you need a tow hitch or other accessories during the term of the contract, we can arrange for them to be purchased, fitted and the vehicle tested.

To drive your car abroad, you need an international green card and the original registration certificate. If the green card is missing from the car, you can ask our colleagues for another one.

Under the amendment to Government Decree No 326/2011 (28.12.2011), from 1 January 2023 drivers do not need to carry a registration document while driving, provided they have a valid driving licence registered in the licence register.

If there is personal injury, call an ambulance immediately. Even if you don’t feel unwell, it is still worth going for a medical check-up, as internal injuries may not appear until later. You should then fill in an accident report form (insert form). You should not leave the scene until this has been done. If it is not clear who was responsible for the accident, police should be called. Be sure to take photographs of any injuries sustained. Before leaving, check that the car is in working order. In all cases, report any damage to our colleagues at service@aarent.hu.

Our colleagues will email you before the seasonal period with the information you need for your expected tyre change. Tyres are stored for the duration of the season and will be delivered to the nearest service centre. All you need to do is make an appointment with the service centre to have your tyres replaced.
